- If you have a hardware token/FOB your passcode is your PIN + 6 digit tokencode (no spaces between).
- If you have a software token, enter your PIN into the RSA SecurID app on your smartphone. The 8-digit code that is generated is your passcode.

- New Unlock Functionality for Remote Access Users: As of Dec 1, 2016 if you lock yourself out of your Remote Access account, a new auto unlock feature will unlock your account after 15 minutes. Once the auto unlock has occurred, you may proceed in logging into your Remote Access account normally with your FOB. If you have questions, concerns or issues after waiting 15 minutes, AHS employees can contact the AHS Service Desk for their zone, or Community Alberta Netcare users (outside AHS) can contact the Provincial Helpdesk at 1-877-931-1638.
