- If you have a software token, enter your PIN into the RSA SecurID app on your smartphone. The 8-digit code that is generated is your passcode.

Effective April 18: Citrix Upgrade Requirements for Remote Users of Alberta Netcare Portal

The FAQ has been updated with more detailed specifications.

Remote/community users and sites using older versions of the Citrix receiver client are required to upgrade to version 4.9.3000.xx CU3 (Mac users – 12.9.1) or later to accommodate upcoming enhancements to Alberta Netcare Portal (ANP). This upgrade will need to be completed by April 18, 2019. Failure to upgrade will prevent access to ANP.

If you cannot perform this upgrade on your computer, Please consult your local IT support to ensure that these requirements are met.
